Transient Orca and More Transient Orca May 6

Today there were more sightings of Transient (meat eating Killer Whales. Seems like the Transients are working their way around the islands from Desolation Sound down to the US border. Today's reports were forwarded through Aaron of Campbell River Whale Watching below.

May 6:
Orca (no numbers I'm afraid) by Sonora Lodge, Stuart Island around 10 am. They were heading North-West.

May 6:
Around 12 pm there were 2-4 Orca Southbound by Campbell River.

May 5 Update:
The ones by Chatham Point were confirmed as Transients from Aaron of Campbell River Whale Watching and not G-Pod as I surmised they might be. I'm forever hopeful of Resident (fish eating) Orca coming around our area. Aaron was with these 12 Transients which he believed included T21 and T22 for around 2 1/2 hours as they played with a seal.
